About Casa HR
This is a vacation house for 8 to 10 people to have fun and enjoy entertainment.
2 or 3 families can be together in the social areas of the first level: great room opening to terrace, pool, deck, rancho and green areas incorporated to the design. Multifunctional spaces provide the main setting for activities in the house.
Alternative spaces for sitting, reading, working or resting are provided upstairs. Nooks along the hallway, and an upper terrace with kitchenette and great view.
4 bedrooms that are all different and 3.5 bathrooms complete the living areas.
The distribution of spaces opens 135 degrees to maximize the panoramic views present in almost every space.
The footprint follows the shape of the building platform while addressing the constraints of topography, water flows and stability of soils.
Openness in every space.
Tropical living happens outside and in direct contact with nature and weather.
Every space of the house intends to let the exterior come in and diffuse the limits between outside and inside.
