We can visit your project and offer a quote with no obligation..

We start with a general layout diagram and a general estimate of costs, quantities and timeline. There is no cost for this service.

PRELIMIARY DESIGN

We do 2 partial reviews including 2D and 3D graphic presentation of the project.

We use BIM technology facilitating the interaction of the all involved parties with the model.

We present a detailed chart with the built area of every space, the average construction cost per square meter, the cost of permits and fees for a global understanding of the total investment to complete the project.

We work with a timeline adjustable to the needs of the client.

CONSTRUCTION PLANS

Within 4 weeks our team will prepare detailed construction plans, in accordance with the laws and requirements of Costa Rica, with more developed interior design, cabinetry, customized elements, etc.

Our plans are not static, they are subject to constant refinement and feedback during the construction process. Our working platform is flexible to allow for pertinent modifications during the project development.

Each stage is subject to consultation and revision by the design team and the owner.

WEEKLY REPORT

As part of the construction control, we prepare a weekly report so that the owner can monitor the progress of the work with photographs and comparative charts.

MONTHLY CASH FLOW
AND ADVANCE REPORT

We keep tight control over payments and expenses every invoice is classified in different budget categories.

Each month a cash flow report chart is presented and compared to the advance of the work on site and the materials in storage.

COMPLETION OF WORKS

Once the project is complete, the finished building can be tested by the owner for a 3-4 week period, to verify that everything is working properly. The construction team will remain available until receiving a satisfactory report from the owner.

For a period of one year, we continue to address any defects in materials or the construction process. We provide a warranty for the work performed.

TURNKEY CONTRACT

Full building process in attendance to approved plans and specifications.

Recommended for owners that cannot be or don´t want to be present during construction time but require a reliable product with high quality standards.

ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT

Project management from beginning to end of construction process.

The owner has an active role and must be willing to participate with weekly payments directly to suppliers and subcontractors, therefore they share responsibility with the general contractor.

Recommended for people that feel safer controlling sourcing and billing. The owner is active and participant of the whole construction process.
