I’ll tell you about the Nautilus. Not Julio Verne’s submarine ship, but the fantastic living fossil that has inhabited the depths of the oceans for more than 400 million years.
The Nautiluses are mollusks that protect their bodies with an external shell. Every time the mollusk grows, it forms new chamber to cover its body, gradually constructing a wonderful and perfect logarithmic composition.
The Nautilus embodies the golden spiral, found in the composition of galaxies, in the branches of the trees, in the human body, in beautiful architecture and in arts.
The divine proportion is the mathematic language of nature. It is inspiration and source of endless beauty for us humans.

OUR SERVICES
PRELIMIARY DESIGN
We do 2 partial reviews including 2D and 3D graphic presentation of the project.
CONSTRUCTION PLANS
Within 4 weeks our team will prepare detailed construction plans, in accordance with the laws and requirements.
WEEKLY REPORT
As part of the construction control, we generate a report every week for the owner to track progress.
MONTHLY CASH FLOW
We keep tight control over payments and expenses. Every invoice is classified in different budget categories.
COMPLETION OF WORKS
Once the project is complete, the finished building can be tested by the owner for a 3-4 week period.
TURNKEY CONTRACT
Full building process in attendance to approved plans and specifications.
ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT
Project management from beginning to end of construction process.
